Our Mission
We are the most innovative adventure team in Ireland and have created the most exciting new Irish tourism attraction. Located in Avondale, in the heart of beautiful Wicklow our treetop walk will attract over 250,000 visitors per year and is one of the top tourist attractions in Ireland. We aim to provide customers with an amazing outdoor adventure and therefore want to develop a team of people who share our energy and enthusiasm for delivering superb experiences and want to grow alongside us.
Who Are We Looking For
The ideal candidate will be able to help guide
customers seamlessly along the treetop experience
A keen interest in customer service and customer
interaction
Support the operation of various activities
including Ireland’s largest slide and other customer engagement activities
Support and help maintain standards on and around
our tower complex
Sailing Instructors
Assist with all necessary cleaning and hygiene aspects
of the site
Adhere to our Health & Safety standards and procedures
•Play a part in our Sustainability Program which ensures we will continue to set a leading example in Ireland
What You Need:
- To be passionate about customer engagement and outdoor activity
- Proven experience in a customer service environment/tourism attraction is a benefit
- Excellent communication skills, organized and ability to show initiative
- To be able to work well in a team and busy environment
- Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills to heighten the customer experience
- Flexible and Adaptable
